Apple and Samsung Fail to Work Out Deal Ahead of Trial

Apple CEO Tim Cook reportedly met with Samsung mobile chief J.K. Shin in an attempt to settle the ongoing dispute between the two rivals over mobile patents According to ZDNet Korea, the executives recently met in the U.S. to discuss the intellectual property infringement allegations ahead of next month’s trial, but were unable to come up with a settlement.
